HOW do we work

There are 2 primary ways in which we structure our work. The drivers are based on manhours and logistics and scope and tenure of the assignment.

  1. Project / Assignment Basis : These could be based on mutually agreed KRAs and outcomes and can range from research paper to strategic interventions to long term project execution.

  2. Retainership : In simple terms , we take on an advisory role usually on a midterm to long term basis working as strategic advisors or defacto team members.

We are quite technologically adept and equipped to work remotely  and at the same time have the flexibility to be at site globally depending on mutually agreed terms.

We are not just 'advisors' we create sustainable businesses and literally have financial 'skin in the game ' in some of our assignments.

  • FUTURE ORIENTED STRATEGISING : With our expertise in mapping operational and financial information and processes and juxtaposing that with our holistic understanding of market dynamics and trend forecasting we mitigate most mid term issues. This has led us to a lot of trust led business relationships.

  • BOUTIQUE FIRM WITH GLOBAL COMPETENCIES : Pardon the cliche but this remains a fact. We do not purport to be a 360 degrees firm. We DO refuse assignments where we might not be able to add value. Having said that we do have structured professional linkages with consulting partners who are domain experts which ensures we bring the best talent on to the table.
